On Dutchmans Lane in Easton, Lodge 1622 has been one of the Eastern Shore's most active civic anchors. Members here don't just pay dues and disappear. They show up for the community in ways that actually matter: funding youth scholarships, supporting veterans, and opening their doors to events that draw crowds from across the region.

Ask anyone who attended the USA Dance Easton Gala or the annual Waterfowl Festival events hosted here, and you'll hear the same thing: the energy inside this lodge is something you don't expect until you experience it. The hall fills with life, the volunteers run things right, and the sense of belonging is immediate. That 4.6-star rating across nearly 100 reviews didn't happen by accident.

Membership in Easton Elks 1622 means joining a network of neighbors who take the Elks' founding values of charity, justice, brotherly love, and fidelity seriously. This is Easton, MD at its most engaged, and the door is open.

What We Offer

Lodge 1622 offers far more than a membership card. The facility itself hosts a rotating calendar of community events, from dance galas and sporting shows to fundraisers that channel real dollars back into Talbot County families and schools.

Members gain access to the lodge hall for private gatherings, a welcoming social atmosphere, and a network of fellow Elks who show up when it counts. The lodge actively supports veterans' programs, youth initiatives, and local charitable drives throughout the year. Regular meetings keep members connected and give everyone a voice in how the lodge serves the area.

For groups and event organizers, the Dutchmans Lane facility has proven itself as a capable venue, with enough space and community goodwill to make events like the Waterfowl show a genuine highlight of the Easton calendar.

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
